Shipping Charges
Heavy Rate Shipping charges will be calculated after purchase depending on your location. You will receive an invoice to pay for the shipping fee once your order comes through.

Dispatch
Products may have a lead time for stock availability, we will notify you if your order has a longer dispatch time than normal or we can advise prior if you make an enquiry about your chosen item.
Large items will be shipped on a pallet, please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so that the courier can contact you to organise a suitable delivery timeframe for your business.
Returns
Please be advised that this product has a different returns policy. If you receive the item and then wish to return it, you will be liable for the return freight cost and a 15% restocking fee.
