New Zealand Shipping & Returns

Kia Ora Kiwis! We are so excited to open our online doors to our friends across the ditch! We have a huge range of professional beauty products to stock your salon or home-based space with. Here's everything you need to know about shipping and returns so you can get shopping.
Please note that some items we are unable to deliver to New Zealand including dangerous goods, certain brands and extra large products. You will see on each product page whether the item is an exclusion. If it cannot be delivered overseas it will say "This product can only be shipped within Australia".



For orders under $199, standard and express shipping is available and calculated at checkout.


Usually 6 - 12 business days from dispatch unless you choose Express.

We dispatch from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Any additional taxes or duties applied by NZ customs are the responsibility of the recipient, and your parcel may be subject to these charges depending on the value. To estimate the duty that will need to be paid, please visit here.

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.

Delivery estimates are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes both Australian and New Zealand public holidays.

If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the meter box, carport etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel.

Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.

We would suggest opting to have your parcel delivered to a business address if you aren't home during the day and there is no safe place to leave your parcel, so you don't miss your delivery.

If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions (eg "Leave at Reception").


You can use our range of payment options including credit card and Buy Now, Pay Later options except Zip which will only accept AU currency. If you have any issues please reach out to us so we can assist you.


We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on an item you've purchased as long as you return it to us within 60 days of your purchase date. To initiate a return, simply reply to your order confirmation with your intentions.

Exclusions include anything in our Oral Hygiene collection for health and safety reasons unless faulty. Select the reason for return below to find out more.

Note that shipping for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Hold onto the item until we've replied with you with the next steps.

To confirm whether your return will be eligible for free return shipping, please contact our customer service team directly. There are some exclusions to our free returns offer including Oral Care items and when the return isn't received in a new, resaleable condition.

If your Change of Mind return isn't received in a new, resaleable condition as per our returns policy, we will be in touch with you as to your options which may include a NZD$15 postage fee to have the item returned to you.

How To Return An Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Reply back to your order confirmation email and tell us why you are wanting to return your item/order (change of mind / faulty item / incorrect / damaged).

Step 2: Await Instructions

We will then get in touch with you with instructions on your next steps.

Step 3: Pack & Send

Using the instructions we sent you, return your item back to us. We'll let you know once your return is processed.


If you have purchased an electrical item that is still under warranty, please contact us so we can assist you. Either reply back to your order confirmation email or contact us with your order number so we can assist you promptly.

Please note that you may be required to send the item back for testing, then the depending on the outcome of the testing you will be notified of your options (usually replacement or refund).
