How is Bone Broth made?

Roasted beef bones are added to filtered water and apple cider vinegar (to maximise mineral extraction) then slow cooked for 48 hours. The broth is then strained for impurities and the fat is skimmed off of the top. It is gently refractance dried into a powder, taking care to preserve the nutritional profile.

All beef bones utilised for Nutra Organics Beef Bone Broths are derived solely from Australian grass-fed cattle. It also contains a small amount of beef broth concentrate that is made from New Zealand grass-fed cattle and Australian grass-fed cattle.

Are the cattle grass-fed?

Aside from food, Nutra Organics is passionate about animals and their welfare. Although their cattle are grass-fed, in the interest of full disclosure, there are times when environmental factors, such as severe drought here in Australia that Natura Organics cattle's diets are supplemented with wholesome non-gmo grain fodder (hay or straw) to ensure their survival.
